• FlowIQX offers optional 1-on-1 trading coaching programs for an additional fee.

• Coaching is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee trading results, profits, or performance improvements.

• Users are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

• Coaching fees are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

• FlowIQX may communicate with users via email, chat, or video conferencing tools as part of the coaching program.

• You are responsible for all trades, financial decisions, and use of FlowIQX.

• You must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

• FlowIQX owns all rights to the Platform, software, content, and intellectual property.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify the Platform without permission.

• FlowIQX is not responsible for any losses or damages, including financial loss, trading loss, or lost profits.

• FlowIQX is not liable for results, losses, or decisions made based on coaching guidance.

• By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that all trading carries inherent risks.

• FlowIQX may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

• Users may cancel their accounts at any time.

• FlowIQX may update these Terms at any time.

• Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
